Reform UK want to see a district where families feel supported, where community ties are strengthened, and where taxpayers’ money is used responsibly to deliver services that genuinely improve people’s lives. That means local government that listens to residents, acts on their concerns, and avoids wasteful projects while focusing on what matters most – safe streets, good local facilities, and opportunities for people to thrive.
At its heart Reform UK have two key aims: Delivering Value for Local Taxpayers, and Focusing on Great Core Services. Reform UK believes in putting money back in people’s pockets. We will strive to deliver council tax freezes, supported by targeted cuts by reducing bureaucracy and waste. We will conduct ongoing independent efficiency audits of all council services. Continually identifying areas for cost savings, so we can redirect funds to frontline services.
